Learning content creation

Create a complete course

Turn scattered documents into a coherent course your participants can follow.

Who it is for
Institutions, trainers and teams that want to share their expertise.
The work involved
Three lessons, taking about 1 hour to complete, in one language, with two rounds of corrections.
Arrangements and budget
A proposal specifies the agreed work, arrangements and price in FCFA before commitment.

Your situation is the starting point

Does this sound familiar?

You have knowledge to share and need support from course design through publication.

  • You have the expertise and sources but want to commission course production.
  • You want to connect several lessons into a short, structured course.

The service, in practice

What we can do with you.

  • Organise checked sources into goals, lessons and a learning progression.
  • Prepare content and activities for the three lessons in the stated format.
  • Design explanations and feedback for the selected exercises.
  • Incorporate your comments through the two planned revision rounds.
  • Check and publish the course on the agreed available platform.
Details of the planned work
01

A three-lesson course

Topics and progression built around the learning objective.

02

Content and activities

Prepared in one language from your checked sources.

03

Publication preparation

Checks, two revision rounds and publishing on the agreed platform.

Picture the situation

What this could look like.

You need to teach a complete procedure. The course could explain the rules, offer practice and then ask participants to solve a case bringing the key points together.

Useful decision points

How can we review progress?

  • Lessons follow a progression connected to the learning goal.
  • The agreed course can be taken on the selected platform after planned checks.

These points are adapted to the agreed scope and your goal.

Your role, arrangements and boundaries

What you bring

You provide up-to-date sources you have permission to use and a knowledgeable reviewer to check the substance and consolidate feedback.

What we agree before starting

The format shown is about 1 hour of learning, in three lessons and one language. A platform must be available; creating it, hosting, filming and translation are quoted separately if needed.

  • The stated format is approximately one hour of learning, three lessons and one language.
  • Platform creation, hosting, filming and translation are specified separately if required.

Duration and corrections, explained

How long does the course take?

The about 1 hour duration is the estimated time for someone to read the content and complete the exercises. It is not the time needed to create the course. The delivery date is agreed in the quote.

How do the two rounds of corrections work?

  1. You review a first version and collect your comments. We make the agreed corrections.
  2. You review the corrected version and send a second set of comments. We make the final agreed changes.

Corrections cover the content agreed at the start. Adding a new course, language or format needs a separate agreement.

The steps

How do we move forward?

01

Choose what needs to be learned

We review sources, audience and the desired result. You identify who will check subject accuracy.

02

Prepare and review

We organise explanations and activities before the agreed production. You review the proposal and send consolidated feedback.

03

Produce, revise and deliver

We create the materials, apply agreed revision rounds and check delivery formats or planned publication.

Answers to help you choose with confidence.

Does “complete” mean we provide nothing?

You provide source materials, the required rights and someone to check subject accuracy. ZENURISE completes the agreed creation work, with your review at the planned stages.

Can I edit files after delivery?

Delivery format, editable files, usage rights and required software must be specified in the quote. Viewable content does not automatically include all production files.

How do I find out the arrangements and price?

Describe your situation and goal. The proposal sets out the agreed work, responsibilities, timing and price before commitment.

What should I prepare for the first discussion?
  1. Up-to-date documents you are authorised to use.
  2. The audience and what they should be able to do afterwards.
  3. A reviewer, desired language and planned delivery channel.
