Team and group coaching

Give your group a shared goal and a clearer way to move forward together.

Who it is for
Teams and groups that want to improve how they cooperate or work towards a shared goal.
The work involved
Collective work on a shared goal, chosen actions and reviews agreed with the group.
Arrangements and budget
A proposal specifies the agreed work, arrangements and price in FCFA before commitment.

Your situation is the starting point

Does this sound familiar?

Your team or group needs to move forward together, but expectations, priorities or ways of working are not always understood in the same way. You want to open a conversation and decide together what could change.

  • A goal exists, but the team needs to clarify and own it together.
  • You want to work on cooperation situations experienced by the group.

The service, in practice

What we can do with you.

  • Identify the situation the team or group wants to change.
  • Clarify a shared goal while considering participants’ perspectives and roles.
  • Choose collective actions and agree responsibilities for trying them.
  • Review trials, obstacles and useful adjustments to cooperation together.
The work we agree together
01

A shared goal

Clarify with the group what it wants to change and the situations to work on.

02

Collective actions

Choose changes to try, who is involved and the agreed responsibilities.

03

Review points

Reflect together on what the trials change in the group’s work and decide on useful adjustments.

Picture the situation

What this could look like.

Illustrative example: a team feels its discussions too rarely lead to clear decisions. Members can explore what they expect from a meeting, choose a different way to conclude discussions and later review what that trial changed.

Illustrative example, to adapt to your context.

Useful decision points

How can we review progress?

  • The group can explain its chosen goal and actions to try.
  • Participants can review a concrete situation and decide on an adjustment.

These points are adapted to the agreed scope and your goal.

Your role, arrangements and boundaries

What you bring

You involve the relevant participants and make it possible for them to take part in discussions and chosen actions.

What we agree before starting

Participant numbers, group composition, discussion format and pace are defined at the start. The lead person’s role and collective reviews are agreed with those involved. Duration, price and any written materials are specified before commitment.

  • Collective coaching focuses on an agreed goal; it does not replace training in a specific skill.
  • Group composition, the leader’s role, sharing arrangements and review points are defined at the start.

The steps

How do we move forward?

01

Clarify your goal

You describe your situation and what you want to change. Together, we clarify who is involved and how progress can be reviewed.

02

Agree the approach and actions

Together, we define the format, pace and review arrangements. The conversations help you explore possibilities, make your choices and identify actions that fit your context.

03

Take action and reflect

You put the chosen actions into practice. Agreed reviews provide time to consider what is moving forward, what is getting in the way and what you want to adjust.

Answers to help you choose with confidence.

Should we choose team coaching or training?

If your priority is to improve the group’s cooperation, decisions or actions around a shared goal, coaching may fit. If participants need to learn a method or practise a specific skill, training may be more suitable. We explore this with you at the start.

Coaching or training: which do I need?

Coaching starts with your own situation and goals. It helps you explore choices, make decisions and act with greater autonomy. Training provides knowledge and opportunities to practise a defined subject. If both address your needs, we agree on the role of each.

How do I find out the arrangements and price?

Describe your situation and goal. The proposal sets out the agreed work, responsibilities, timing and price before commitment.

What should I prepare for the first discussion?
  1. The team or group involved and why you are considering coaching.
  2. A concrete situation and what you would like to change in how the group works.
  3. Participant numbers, availability and what you have already tried.
